Production Process Research of PTP Drug Foil Substrate

采用拉伸试验、杯突试验、表面张力试验和针孔度检查,测定、分析了4种不同生产工艺方案样品的力学性能、破裂强度、表面张力以及针孔度,确定了合理的8011-H18状态PTP药箔基材生产工艺.结果表明:采用8011铝合金铸轧坯料可以生产高质量的PTP铝箔基材,在其冷轧至1.5mm时进行中间退火,退火制度为450~470℃/11~13h.通过对铸轧、冷轧和箔轧工艺的配合,可获得高表面质量和力学性能的PTP铝箔基材.
